What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, and Quality.
• Define and execute program roadmaps covering milestones, deliverables, resources, and production release.
• Own programs end to end from concept definition through industrialization and production ramp-up.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, mitigation plans, gate reviews, and overall program performance.
• Align stakeholders and drive decisions in an international matrix organization.
• Support product definition and continuous improvement initiatives for emerging 48V electrification applications.

Requirements

• Proven program or project management experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in new product development or NPI.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs in an international environment.
• Understanding of IC development flows, including design, validation, and industrialization.
• Strong planning, risk management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English and a high level of ownership, accountability, and resilience.
