What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and support an engineering team, including performance reviews and career development.
  • Drive engineering projects from engineering validation testing (EVT) through production validation testing (PVT) and early mass production (MP).
  • Collaborate with functional managers and stakeholders to align priorities with business goals.
  • Create and manage project timelines, goals, and deliverables while tracking progress and mitigating risks.
  • Manage team budgets, tools, resource allocation, headcount planning, and staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cable assembly or the semiconductor industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
