What you will do

• Lead the overall quality management and commissioning programme for large-scale data centre development across multiple EPC work packages.
• Develop and implement the programme-level commissioning execution framework, including integrated testing methodologies.
• Manage the complete commissioning lifecycle from planning and readiness reviews through to final project closeout.
• Establish governance, procedures, and performance standards for QA/QC, testing, validation, and project turnover.
• Oversee site-based QA/QC and Commissioning Leads to ensure consistency in reporting, compliance, and delivery.
• Coordinate activities between independent Commissioning Agents, client teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading commissioning and quality programmes for mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centres, or industrial plants.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical systems (UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling infrastructure).
• Proven track record in developing commissioning strategies, testing protocols, and phased handover methodologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing EPC contractors and multidisciplinary project teams in high-performance delivery environments.
• Must be based on-site in Johor, Malaysia (role starts as a contract engagement).
