Staff Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage NPI-to-HVM transitions and line sustaining to prevent delays in test operations.
• Support high-volume manufacturing operations and performance metrics including yield, UPH, and OEE.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to improve equipment efficiency, manufacturing productivity, and quality.
• Own resolution of test and post-test quality issues.
• Represent hirify.global in supplier and end-customer technical audits.
• Implement company, department, and team goals across internal and external OSAT operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of test manufacturing operations.
• Experience with IC testing systems and equipment, including ATE, test sockets, DUT boards, probe cards, probers, and handlers.
• Strong problem-solving skills using 8D and Why-Why Analysis.
• Interpersonal, supplier management, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Programming knowledge of Teradyne Flex, Advantest V93K, Teradyne J750, ASL1K, V50, or other test platforms; knowledge of one or two platforms is required for this qualification.
• Statistical and data analysis knowledge.
