Salary: $72,000–$94,000 annually

What you will do

• Attend and document project meetings, maintain electronic files, drawings, specifications, logs, and record sets.
• Assist with CPM scheduling, construction cost tracking, estimating, labor cost reports, and accounts payable workflows.
• Review and transmit submittals, maintain procurement and submittal logs, and perform expediting functions.
• Document field problems, extra work orders, change orders, quantity surveys, punch list work, and project closeout materials.
• Maintain site-specific safety and quality management systems, including audits, training, planning, and progress documentation.
• Perform basic building information modeling and model administration.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture; a construction management certificate or equivalent is also acceptable.
• 0–3 years of construction-related experience or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of construction cost accounting, estimating, scheduling, plans, and specifications.
• Organizational skills, independent judgment, initiative, and basic computer proficiency.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B lottery registration and STEM OPT I-983 training plan completion.

Nice to have

• Construction-related internship or field experience, such as carpentry.
• Drafting and advanced computer skills.
• Knowledge of virtual construction technology systems.
