[NCG] Non-Volatile Memory Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Characterize, model, and enable next-generation non-volatile memory technologies and designs.
• Interface with foundries and external technology and IP suppliers to assess reliability margins for product applications.
• Establish qualification requirements for new technologies and product introductions.
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
• Work with product groups to identify and address reliability risks during volume production.
• Provide technical information and consultation to business groups on reliability results, risk assessments, and customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or an equivalent field.
• 2–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with data processing and analysis using Python, JMP, Matlab, Exensio, or comparable tools.
• Interest in statistics and solid-state device fundamentals applied to non-volatile memory technologies such as split-gate flash, MRAM, and RRAM.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, and solve problems.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail.
