What you will do

• Interface with foundries and external suppliers to assess reliability margins for product applications.
• Establish qualification requirements for new technology and product introductions.
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
• Enable high reliability during volume production by mitigating risk areas.
• Support business groups with customer technical requests and reliability consultations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics.
• 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as Python, JMP, Matlab, or Exensio.
• Strong interest in solid-state device fundamentals and NVM technologies like flash, MRAM, and RRAM.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
