Key Account Associate - Gadget (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prospect and build relationships with prospective sales partners and new merchants.
• Manage in-store promotional systems, marketing programs, and promotional materials.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback in regular sales and marketing meetings.
• Propose activities and strategies to improve sales performance and penetrate traditional and modern markets.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop sustainable relationships with high-value clients.
• Resolve key client complaints and act as the main contact between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
• Proven experience in partnership management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• Ability to prepare reports, manage multiple client accounts, and evaluate sales performance.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
