Senior Field Applications Engineer - Wireless (Wireless)

Location: Hybrid role in Shanghai, China

What you will do

• Provide technical support to key-account customers and channel-partner customers throughout the design process.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, customer training, product presentations, workshops, and design-win efforts.
• Build demo boards, program software, troubleshoot field implementations, and write application notes.
• Enable distributor field applications engineers to deliver business promotion and technical support.
• Work with Product Marketing and business units to share market, customer, and specialty-area feedback.
• Build relationships with customer engineers and coordinate effectively with distributors, customers, and headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor technical-support experience.
• Experience with wireless, Bluetooth, MCU, or power-module applications.
• Strong C/C++ programming experience.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Project management, presentation, business negotiation, communication, and business-development skills.
