FW Engineer (Embedded Systems)

Location: Jiangsu, China; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do

• Develop firmware for products and plan new firmware features.
• Assist with integrating new technologies into product firmware.
• Guide product debugging, issue analysis, and problem resolution.
• Plan testing software architecture and testing programs for new projects.
• Write design and development documentation and support unit testing.

Requirements

• College degree or higher in electronics, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of related software development experience.
• Proficiency in C and experience with ARM 32-bit MCUs, ST and GD microcontrollers, and Keil or similar IDE tools.
• Knowledge of software design processes, unit testing, and technical documentation.
• Experience using electronic instruments and communication protocols such as I2C, RS232, and USB.
• Good English reading and writing skills are required.

Nice to have

• Firmware development experience for low-power Bluetooth and Wi-Fi products.
• Experience with Audio and PD-related technologies.
