Working Student, Customer Success (Remote Sensing)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with approximately two days per week in the Berlin office

A space and data company operating a large imaging-satellite constellation and delivering cloud-based Earth-observation data to commercial, environmental, and humanitarian customers.

What you will do

• Fulfill contractual reporting requirements for significant, high-value customers.
• Support contractual governance and alignment with complex customer agreements.
• Prepare and maintain customer-related documentation and internal workflow materials.
• Assist Customer Success Managers with customer activities and reporting tasks.
• Apply a systematic approach to gathering information and solving routine problems.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Foundational problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions under direct supervision.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or similar applications.
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from the Berlin office approximately two days per week.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of or interest in remote sensing or GIS.
• Experience communicating with customers in writing or generating usage reports.
• Data analysis experience and the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights.
• French or German language proficiency.
