Salary: $124,920–$237,480 per year for a full-time schedule. Different ranges apply in certain locations, including California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Virginia, New York City, Washington, and Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, capability gaps, and learning priorities.
• Recommend learning strategies supporting technical and non-technical skills development.
• Facilitate the design and deployment of virtual, classroom, digital, and other blended learning programs.
• Connect customers with internal learning specialists, instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Guide learning engagements from scoping through delivery and clarify expected outcomes.
• Review learning metrics, reports, and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Experience consulting with customers on learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives.
• Ability to translate business and stakeholder needs into structured learning solutions.
• Experience supporting the design or delivery of blended learning programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating discussions with customers and subject matter experts.
• Ability to evaluate learning outcomes using metrics and reports.
• Working knowledge of learning tools, platforms, or learning program delivery models.

Nice to have

• Experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent consulting.
• Familiarity with instructional design or learning experience design principles.
• Experience supporting large or complex learning programs across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Exposure to performance support tools, job aids, or technical documentation.
• Experience in enterprise or technology-focused environments.
