What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and drive multiple cross-functional programs from inception through completion.
• Monitor project progress, establish deadlines, and keep initiatives aligned with their goals.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads.
• Research, organize, and execute initiatives supporting broader business objectives.
• Identify solutions to delivery obstacles and take decisive action to keep projects moving.
• Support continuous improvement and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or product management with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Proficiency with contemporary web tools such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a preference for pragmatism.
