Engineering Manager - Team Monetisation (f/m/d)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; fully remote

What you will do

• Lead, grow, and support a team of full-stack engineers through 1:1s, career development, hiring, and feedback.
• Own delivery for the Monetisation domain and ensure predictable, high-quality releases against the roadmap.
• Set technical direction, guide architecture, review designs, and unblock complex engineering problems.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership on priorities across value-added services, payments, and escrow.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering and help establish effective LLM and AI tooling workflows.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing software engineering teams, including hiring and people development.
• Experience in payments or fintech, or with escrow, KYC, and identity verification.
• Strong engineering background, ideally with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and React.
• Experience owning delivery for a team or technical domain, from strategy and roadmap through shipping.
• Experience with GraphQL in large systems and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex in engineering work; working proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana.
• Experience with experimentation, CRO, or scaling AI coding workflows.
