Engineering Team Lead (B2B Integrations)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of backend and integration engineers.
• Own the technical vision, lifecycle, and health of the B2B integration domain.
• Guide architecture for product ingestion, order relay, and return pipelines.
• Partner with Product Managers on technical roadmaps, backlog prioritization, technical debt, and infrastructure scaling.
• Promote CI/CD, test automation, site reliability, agile development, and continuous monitoring.
• Support talent acquisition, interviewing, and engineering onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary software engineering teams.
• Deep experience with high-throughput integration pipelines, B2B data exchanges, APIs, Webhooks, EDI, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong background in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and cloud-native technology.
• Experience with modern .NET, Node, TypeScript, Kafka or RabbitMQ, NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of agile product development, DevOps practices, and software ownership through production monitoring.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
