Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician (Fueling Stations)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; domestic travel required approximately 25%; 24-hour on-call availability required.

Pay: $32.00–$36.00 per hour, with a bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNG compressor equipment, including pumps, valves, meters, and rotating equipment.
• Inspect and test electrical systems, wiring, circuits, equipment, and safety devices using appropriate testing tools.
• Perform daily station walkarounds, identify hazards and equipment failures, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Respond to emergency and preventative maintenance calls and complete customer site visits.
• Coordinate vendor compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Book travel, track expenses, and document service actions through reports, logs, and records.

Requirements

• Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Knowledge of computer systems, schematics, Microsoft Office, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Availability for 24-hour on-call service and work based in Memphis, Tennessee.
