Location: On-site in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; Monday through Friday in the Las Vegas office

What you will do

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of customer cases and provide coverage for team members during absences.
• Communicate with law firms, medical providers, and insurance carriers about medical billing inquiries and case progress.
• Assess complex personal injury cases and negotiate resolutions tailored to individual circumstances.
• Apply customer experience, operational performance, negotiation, and collections strategies.
• Meet customer experience, financial performance, service-level, and other established performance targets.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and process improvements using technology and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in an office or contact center environment.
• Experience in healthcare, legal, insurance, or financial services, including personal injury cases, medical knowledge, and claims law.
• Experience developing and executing win/win negotiation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members, attorneys, and medical providers.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in the Las Vegas office.
