Location: Hybrid in Lehi, Utah, United States

What you will do
- Triage legal requests from across the business and create legal agreements from approved templates.
- Review contract redlines and support contract management.
- Organize and maintain corporate legal records using technology and AI.
- Assist with corporate governance, legal due diligence, litigation, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements to streamline legal workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and communicate project status clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Strong organization, initiative, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High ethical standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Notary public qualification.
- Experience with data and analytics side projects.
