Blades Senior Aircraft Technician

What you will do

• Lead and support technicians in a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Perform incoming inspections, teardown, cleaning, stripping, repair, assembly, and final completion procedures for hirify.global blade components.
• Ensure completed work meets customer specifications, FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, blueprints, airworthiness directives, and quality gates.
• Prepare final documentation, technical emails, and reports for hirify.global Helicopters and hirify.global Defence and Space.
• Identify technical issues, analyze root causes, minimize scrap, and drive corrective actions.
• Support internal and external customers while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of aviation experience, with recognized expertise in blade repair.
• Strong expertise with at least two hirify.global blade component models.
• Experience resolving technical issues involving hirify.global Helicopters and hirify.global Defence and Space, managing stakeholders, and training team members.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to work onsite, operate tools and production equipment, and lift or carry up to 50 lb / 23 kg.

Nice to have

• A&P license.
• Trade school education.
• FAA Airframe Certificate or equivalent.
• Train the Trainer Certificate.
