Scheduling Coordinator (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Schedule patients for spinal injections and surgical procedures.
• Process new patient referrals across all modalities.
• Build relationships with law firms, physician offices, and healthcare providers.
• Update client files and communicate appointment dates to law firms.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Achieve quarterly performance measurements and incentive goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Two years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare coordination.
• Experience working with physician offices and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, computer literacy, and typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Experience handling high-volume phone communication and ability to remain on the phone for extended periods.
• Reliable high-speed internet for remote work within the United States.
