Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

hirify.global is a large general contractor delivering heavy civil and industrial construction services, including highways, bridges, utilities, water and wastewater facilities, and marine construction.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly field and operations roles, skilled trades, technical positions, and corporate opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define workforce needs, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, social media, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Create job postings, maintain requisitions, and track candidate activity in Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Support compensation recommendations, offer development, negotiations, recruiting initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; Workday experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
