Project Manager, Scrum Master (Agile)

Location: Orlando, Florida, USA; candidates should be within commuting distance of collaboration offices in Orlando, New York, Austin, Las Vegas, or Aventura. Minor travel may be required for project kickoffs or key project meetings.

What you will do

• Define, plan, prioritize, monitor, and deliver multiple business and technology projects ranging from one month to one year.
• Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, capacity, risks, dependencies, and portfolio sync points.
• Provide project status, performance, demand utilization, analysis, and prioritization reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, escalate blockers, maintain agile artifacts, and translate sprint metrics into portfolio-level reporting.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices while aligning day-to-day delivery with enterprise project management needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management or Scrum experience delivering large-scale software initiatives through the full development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, ceremonies, and practices.
• Experience with project and portfolio resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting.
• Strong familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and Monday.com, plus an understanding of APIs in software and web development.
• Experience with stakeholder facilitation, vendor management, procurement, external providers, and concurrent priority assignments.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or Professional Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in the travel and entertainment industry, including ticketing, theme parks, Broadway, sports, concerts, or live entertainment.
