Vice President, People Integration Partner

Salary: $128,750–$214,652 per year

What you will do

• Lead People due diligence, integration planning, and execution across small and large acquisitions.
• Serve as the primary People partner throughout the transaction lifecycle, assessing workforce, talent, organizational, and employee-related risks.
• Lead workstreams covering organizational design, workforce transitions, talent assessment, retention, compensation and benefits alignment, performance management, communications, culture, and change management.
• Coordinate HR Business Partners, People Centers of Excellence, shared services, Legal, Finance, Technology, Communications, and Corporate Development.
• Establish integration playbooks, plans, tools, governance, and reporting while tracking deliverables, escalating issues, and mitigating risks.
• Coach team members and drive accountability, alignment, and execution rigor across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant hands-on M&A integration responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading complex People integration programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience with due diligence, workforce transitions, talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
• Strong project and program management, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive results in highly matrixed environments.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-impact situations.
