What you will do
- Lead the national repair and maintenance program across -operated return points.
- Drive site improvement initiatives, remediation works, and operational enhancements.
- Manage contractors and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction works across multiple locations.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, Product Experts, and external stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor performance, budgets, risks, and project outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
- Champion safety, continuous improvement, asset reliability, and customer-friendly site operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Facilities Manager, Construction Manager, or in a comparable role.
- Experience leading repair and maintenance programs in construction, facilities management, industrial environments, retail fit-out, or similar operational settings.
- Experience managing 5–10 concurrent small projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, contractor accountability, and budgets.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a direct report.
- Practical knowledge of general construction and civil works, including drainage, asphalt, concrete, structural repair, and site make-good requirements.
- Strong systems proficiency, data governance, reporting, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Project Management in Construction certificate or similar qualification.
