Growth Channels Project Manager (Private Label)

Location: Freshwater, Australia; hybrid working

What you will do

• Deliver projects supporting the commercial plan for Costco, ALDI, and major retailers’ private-label businesses in Australia.
• Own the internal process for new product development projects, tenders, innovation launches, ESG initiatives, and artwork refreshes.
• Develop business cases, define scope, deliverables, costs, timelines, project structures, and implementation plans.
• Manage project budgets, status, issues, meetings, strategic actions, and lessons learned through project closure.
• Coordinate customer expectations and deadlines with NAMs and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring delivery to requirements.
• Provide visibility into project timelines and the Strategic Channels pipeline for R&D, Sales, and S&OP.

Requirements

• Multiple years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, process design, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience building consensus and collaborative partnerships across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Execution- and results-oriented approach with strong process discipline.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Freshwater, Australia.
