Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Kewdale, WA 6105, Australia. The role is primarily based at the Kewdale site and includes customer and vendor site visits.

What you will do

• Coordinate and track customer projects, milestones, deliverables, and delivery commitments.
• Create and maintain project schedules, tracking tools, and reporting documentation.
• Support sales and production order management and provide accurate status updates.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, dispatch, procurement, and external vendors.
• Assist with quality assurance, auditing requirements, and project documentation.
• Conduct customer and vendor site visits to support delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Support specialist, Customer Service professional, or in a similar role.
• Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and operational requirements.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to engage with customers, vendors, and operational teams on site.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, defence, or project delivery environments.
