Project Manager (Service/brownfield business)

What you will do

• Deliver high-voltage service projects from planning through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, claims, variations, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate field service engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and outage activities.
• Act as the primary customer interface and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and lifecycle activities for transmission and distribution assets.
• Promote HSE compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing high-voltage service, maintenance, or asset-support projects.
• Experience with transmission or distribution network assets and field-based technical teams.
• Knowledge of GIS and AIS switchgear, transformers, substations, circuit breakers, and related equipment.
• Strong commercial, planning, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical Engineering degree, electrical trade qualification, or project-management certification such as IPMA, PMP, or AIPM.
• Experience with utility maintenance contracts, outages, long-term service agreements, emergency response works, or brownfield substation projects.

Nice to have

• Renewable energy, transmission network, or hirify.global equipment experience.
• SAP or similar project-management systems experience.
