Vice President, Integrated Business Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work

Compensation range: $241,500–$359,000 per year, plus potential annual incentives.

What you will do

• Build and institutionalize hirify.global's enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning capability.
• Establish common planning language, governance, decision rights, KPIs, and management processes across business segments.
• Connect strategy deployment, business reviews, financial planning, demand and supply planning, ihirify.globalory, capacity, and operational execution.
• Lead scenario planning for shortages, disruptions, capacity constraints, market changes, and investment decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy, ihirify.globalory productivity, customer service, cash flow, and working capital performance.
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to establish planning data, dashboards, analytics, AI, and predictive tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, planning, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Significant experience leading enterprise-level Sales and Operations Planning, S&OE, IBP, or supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience building planning capabilities in complex, global manufacturing environments and leading cross-functional change in matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, ihirify.globalory management, finance, and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to influence executives, build organizations, develop talent, and create adoption of new enterprise capabilities.
