Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world.
Overview
As VP, Growth & Revenue, you’ll be the face and voice of Via for our partners both internally and externally on the East Coast. You will lead and develop our talented team of account leads to bring Via’s growth to the next level.
What you will do
- Build and manage a team of high performing sales and account managers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in your region with a focus on strategic accounts.
- Position and present Via as an ideal solution for client needs.
- Oversee renewal and expansion process with existing clients.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational and product improvements.
- Actively research the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- An experienced and exceptional leader with demonstrated success in managing teams of 10+ highly skilled employees.
- An outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales (15+ years) or a strong background in consulting (including strong public sector relationships), preferably in fast-paced product-driven environments.
- Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling, and developing relationships with senior level officials and executives.
- A history of demonstrated quota achievement and consistent territory growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Willing to travel 25-50% as needed.
