SCOF Ground Segment Engineer

Location: Portsmouth, UK, with some hybrid working available

What you will do

• Support the delivery of a military satellite communications ground control system.
• Perform requirements analysis, traceability, and verification.
• Manage bills of materials and assembly trees.
• Support integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.
• Record and track problem definitions, non-conformances, and observations.
• Contribute to ground-system architecture, planning, schedules, costs, and technical proposals.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain UK Eyes Only SC/DV security clearance through the UK Intelligence Community process.
• Experience with systems of systems or large-scale integration.
• Experience engaging with customers and partners.
• Working understanding of satellite control.
