Scrum Master (Agile Delivery)

Location: Onsite at 8200 Dixie Road, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Travel requirements are up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
• Facilitate and coach Scrum ceremonies, including PI and Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Demos, and Releases.
• Manage project intake, plans, schedules, milestones, budget forecasts, governance, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, business stakeholders, vendors, Project and Program Managers, and executives.
• Track delivery health, sprint commitments, release readiness, dependencies, KPIs, forecasts, and financial variances.
• Remove impediments, resolve delivery challenges, improve predictability, and support successful adoption of project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, best practices, project estimation, planning, and organizational processes.
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, adaptability, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Brampton, Ontario, with up to 10% travel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AKS.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software delivery tools.
• Understanding of Generative AI platforms, including Microsoft OpenAI and Google Gemini.
