Business Transformation Project Coordinator (Packaging)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; based at the Menasha Packaging site. Primarily office-based, with occasional time in production or warehouse settings.

Expected compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and cross-functional activities across business transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, including action logs, RAID logs, decision records, lessons learned, and ePMO portfolio data.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, and materials for leadership, sponsors, and governance forums.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and working sessions, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and decision follow-up.
• Support transformation roadmaps, benefits realization, change communications, readiness activities, and post-implementation reviews.
• Help improve ePMO processes, templates, playbooks, delivery standards, and best practices while supporting food safety, quality, HACCP, and GMP compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with PMO, ePMO, business transformation, process improvement, or technology transformation environments.
• Working knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for work across matrixed teams.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH lookups, and nested IF formulas; familiarity with Microsoft Office and project collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• CAPM®, PMP®, or another project management certification, or progress toward certification.
