Production Supervisor (Pulp & Paper)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; onsite production role

What you will do

• Lead and support second-shift employees in the daily repair of mechanical rolls.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• Monitor production flow, priorities, and turnaround times.
• Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to a younger, less experienced workforce.
• Identify quality issues, support troubleshooting, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Coordinate with first-shift supervision and management while ensuring documentation, inspections, and work instructions are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably process or chemical engineering in the pulp and paper industry, or at least five years of experience with paper machine rolls and their applications.
• Knowledge of machine-tool and fabricating operations with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience supporting production quality, troubleshooting, and problem-solving is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment is contingent upon a background check and drug screen.
