Senior Consultant, Payments Authentication & Digital Identity (Fintech)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Drive adoption and monetization of authentication, Passkeys, and digital identity solutions across Central Europe.
• Build sales pipeline, develop client value propositions and business cases, and convert opportunities into measurable commercial impact.
• Advise issuers, merchants, acquirers, and partners on authentication, digital identity, and checkout optimization.
• Create executive presentations, client proposals, sales materials, and concise narratives for senior audiences.
• Lead go-to-market execution and coordinate initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Client Services.
• Track pipeline, adoption, revenue impact, and transaction uplift while sharing market feedback to inform product priorities.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or PhD.
• Fluent German, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in payments, fintech, digital commerce, authentication, identity, or related technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of payment products, payment flows, and the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Proven experience in client-facing commercial roles, solution consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial strategy.
• Knowledge of EMV 3DS, FIDO/passkeys, PSD2/3, SCA, fraud, and risk, with strong communication and senior stakeholder influence skills.

• Excellent PowerPoint, storytelling, and business case development skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Interest in digital identity, Agentic Commerce, and next-generation payment experiences.
