Clinic Manager (Oncology)

Location: West Hollywood, California, USA; onsite outpatient oncology clinic

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus.

hirify.global is hiring for Berenson Cancer Center, an outpatient clinic focused exclusively on multiple myeloma treatment and research.

What you will do

• Direct daily operations, patient treatment flow, staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and clinical staff meetings.
• Lead nurses, medical assistants, laboratory, and pharmacy personnel while resolving patient and staff issues.
• Redesign workflows, schedules, and clinic SOPs to improve efficiency and control labor costs.
• Evaluate and implement technology, including AI-enabled tools, for scheduling, documentation, and clinical workflows.
• Coordinate pharmacy and laboratory operations, equipment inspections, drug ordering, and cost control.
• Partner with billing, accounting, and clinical research teams on superbills, accounts receivable, trial patients, insurance approvals, and research invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience managing an oncology clinic or comparable healthcare setting.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and oncology billing codes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary clinical teams under pressure.
• Experience driving operational change and improving workflows.
• Excellent communication skills across clinical, administrative, and executive levels.
