Senior Application Engineering Manager, Core Financial Apps (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Base salary in the United States: $201,600–$263,200 in Zone A; $181,440–$236,880 in Zone B; $167,328–$218,456 in Zone C.

What you will do

• Lead application development engineers and software engineers across Finance technology.
• Manage run-the-business operations and projects from technical design through launch.
• Maximize Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities across OM, AR, AP, FA, and GL modules.
• Lead integrations between Fusion Cloud and Finance SaaS applications including Zuora, Coupa, Anaplan, Avalara, and Fieldglass.
• Drive automation with RPA, low-code/no-code, PaaS, and business rules engine tools.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, data science, and product stakeholders on company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 9+ years of industry experience as a hands-on senior engineering manager in the Core Finance domain.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Finance SaaS application stacks.
• Experience leading Finance business transformation and supporting large-scale applications.
• Experience with automation, PaaS, RPA, Workato, or Camunda.
• Ability to operate highly reliable 24/7 systems and drive continuous improvement after incidents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interaction with senior Finance and Engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and business use-case implementation.
• Experience with Finance transformations and M&A-related integrations.
