2043 Bobst Poly Joiner Operator - B Shift (Packaging Manufacturing)

Location: Hartford, Wisconsin, United States; onsite

Pay rate: $31.67/hour during training; $34.01/hour when qualified.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor the Bobst Poly Joiner section for folding, joining, and insertion of die-cut blanks.
• Gather, inspect, and package joined cartons while checking register and product quality.
• Monitor incoming stock and finished products against customer and company specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist maintenance personnel with repairs.
• Direct and support crew members, rotate job positions, and maintain safe production flow.
• Complete production documentation and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and willingness to learn the Bobst Poly Joiner process.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and ruler, perform basic mathematics, and solve production problems.
• Computer proficiency, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand, move, lift, and handle materials throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Availability for a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, weekends, overtime, and 6 AM–6 PM shifts.
