Commercial Operations Site Lead (MedTech)

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana, United States; onsite role with 10% domestic travel to other sites as needed

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and delegate responsibilities across the internal sales office team.
• Manage inbound inventory, replenishment, expiry control, cycle counts, audits, transfers, warranty returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate picking, packing, shipping, training equipment logistics, freight forwarding, and final-mile support.
• Monitor outbound metrics, report performance to leadership, and improve operational efficiency through Lean initiatives.
• Partner with field sales, distribution, planning, transportation, customer service, and other supply chain functions.
• Maintain inspection, documentation, safety, quality, regulatory, and patient-safety standards for instrument and implant sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or healthcare.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New Orleans and complete approximately 10% domestic travel.

Nice to have

• Kaizen, Green Belt, Lean, Process Excellence, or APICS certification.
• Power BI or Tableau reporting experience.
• Transportation management systems, inventory management, sterile processing, operating room support, or clinical hospital experience.
• Project management certification or experience and sales support experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries.
