Operations Management Development Program - Summer 2027 Start (Supply Chain)

Location: University Recruiting; distribution-center work with 30% travel required. Unrestricted permanent US work authorization is required.

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual.

What you will do

• Complete continuous improvement projects in distribution centers using lean methodology.
• Develop engineering labor standards and new operational processes.
• Track and review monthly and annual KPIs with distribution centers.
• Configure and maintain labor management and warehouse management systems.
• Rotate through transportation and logistics, project management, emerging technology, operations systems, analytics, maintenance, supply chain optimization, and inventory control.
• Support software enhancements, technology implementations, warehouse optimization, fleet management, inventory accuracy, and customer process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Industrial or Systems Engineering is strongly preferred.
• Internship experience in process improvement or project management is strongly preferred.
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
• Availability to travel 30% of the time.
