Site Logistics Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: On-site at the Waltham, Massachusetts, United States facility; domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Annual salary: $82,000–$143,500, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead receiving, inventory control, shipping, OEM transformation, material handling, and related logistics operations.
• Manage daily fulfillment activities including replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and order execution against operational KPIs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, transaction control, location management, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline logistics associates through staffing, performance management, succession planning, and standard work.
• Drive capacity planning, warehouse optimization, automation enablement, cost management, and hirify.global Business System continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related operational leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managers, supervisors, or frontline operational teams.
• Experience in a regulated or quality-focused environment such as life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, ERP/WMS transactions, carrier management, and material handling.
• Experience using Lean, hirify.global Business System, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Daily Management, operational KPIs, visual management, and structured problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics transformation, warehouse automation, or network optimization.
• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD.
• Experience leading logistics operations in a high-growth life sciences or manufacturing environment.
