Fulfillment Lead

Salary: $33.00–$40.00 per hour, non-exempt

What you will do

• Process customer orders across product lines from purchase order receipt through invoicing and hand-off to the warehouse.
• Review pricing, quantities, units of measure, and discrepancies; process orders and invoices in QuickBooks Online and Salesforce.
• Generate shipping labels and prepare bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and other shipping documentation.
• Coordinate LTL and freight shipments, including carrier quotes, pickup scheduling, consignee details, and delivery instructions.
• Track order status, identify fulfillment bottlenecks, and help implement workflow improvements.
• Maintain inventory records, support counts and procurement tasks, and respond to customer order, shipping, and return inquiries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in order processing, data entry, logistics, or operations administration is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of orders.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, FedEx, UPS, and freight/LTL shipping platforms, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Primarily desk-based work; regular physical presence in the warehouse is not required.
