Sr Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close reporting across the Chief Client Office.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights across plan, forecast, and actual results.
• Partner with Client Office and finance leaders to develop, communicate, and secure approval for budgets, forecasts, and planning targets.
• Evaluate, size, approve, and support the execution of automation, cost-saving, and investment initiatives.
• Improve financial processes, reporting routines, decision support, and the broader financial operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and communicate with senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams and improving financial planning and reporting processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial models; knowledge of AI tools for process improvement.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or a similar advanced credential.
• Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, or Oracle.
