AI Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI, automation, advanced analytics, AI agent, machine learning, generative AI, and Copilot initiatives from ideation through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Establish the AI delivery roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data scientists, internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI opportunities with measurable outcomes and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, usable, supportable, and sustainable.
• Build repeatable practices, playbooks, templates, acceptance criteria, backlog processes, testing, release management, and continuous improvement standards.
• Manage delivery risks and operational ownership while guiding AI delivery resources, contractors, and partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading technology, data, analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives across the full solution lifecycle.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and complex programs involving business, technology, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Proven delivery experience with AI, advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, Copilot, or digital solutions.
• Strong program, portfolio, and project management skills, including prioritization, dependency management, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
• Knowledge of AI solution lifecycles, Agile delivery, responsible AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, model risk, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and AI agents.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs or building AI delivery operating models.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
