Field Service Engineer II (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote work covering Brazil territory; services department located in Brasilia DF. Travel of 80%+ with frequent overnight travel and occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and support mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments.
• Provide service for 2–3 instrument groups and complete technical reports and service administration on time.
• Support service contracts, system configurations, upgrades, and other technical requests.
• Control assigned spare parts to maximize customer uptime and field service performance.
• Travel extensively to customer sites and maintain a flexible schedule, often with short notice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree.
• Experience with mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic equipment and scientific instruments.
• Portuguese and intermediate spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel 80% or more, including occasional international travel.
