Configuration and Data Manager (Aerospace Simulation)

hirify.global develops Eurofighter combat training systems and participates as the main contractor in the industrial Pilot Synthetic Training System consortium.

What you will do

• Coordinate configuration control, data management, and change management with Airbus centers of competence, partner companies, integrated product teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain configuration baselines for documentation, hardware, and software components.
• Lead change management processes and manage Change Control Boards.
• Create and maintain Configuration Management Plans and Data Management Plans covering storage, release, distribution, and archiving.
• Upload complete product structures into Product Data Management systems and support Product Breakdown Structure maintenance.
• Verify data exchanges between industry and customer database systems through configuration verifications and audits.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification.
• At least five years of experience with configuration and data management principles and processes.
• Professional experience in configuration management; training and flight simulation experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Subversion, and Microsoft Office.
• Structured, detail-oriented, organized, cooperative, and collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Eurofighter programs and simulator systems.
