Head of Quality Procurement Processes (H/F) (Aerospace)

Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area; the role is based at the hirify.global Helicopters site and leads a team located in Marignane and Donauwörth.

hirify.global Helicopters develops and manufactures helicopters and operates a major industrial site in Marignane focused on aeronautics and aviation safety.

What you will do

• Ensure the Supplier Quality Management system delivers compliant requirements and effective monitoring processes.
• Drive governance for the “Develop and Monitor Suppliers” process, including the referential, risk reviews, and process maturity.
• Support approximately 150 Supply Chain and Quality Managers overseeing around 1,500 international suppliers.
• Represent Supply Chain Quality and Procurement organizations before aviation authorities on supplier quality monitoring.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary international team of 10 people.
• Lead cross-functional improvement and change management projects across Production, Design, and Maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or Procurement Quality, ideally in aerospace.
• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of EN9100, Part 21G aerospace regulations, and Practical Problem Solving methodologies.
• Experience leading and coaching international or multisite teams and driving complex transversal change initiatives.
• Advanced or negotiation-level French and English are mandatory.
• Strong communication, resilience, process orientation, and stakeholder influence skills.
