Operations Performance & Continuous Improvement (PCI) Leader (f/m/d) (Lean Manufacturing)

Location: Donauwörth, Germany; on-site at the hirify.global facility

hirify.global develops helicopters from initial concept through airworthy products and operates an on-site test airfield in Donauwörth.

What you will do

• Define the PCI ambition, priorities, and strategic roadmap with operations leadership.
• Cascade annual PCI objectives to operational teams and sustain performance improvements across operational flows.
• Deploy Value Stream Analysis, OEE, SMED, Kaizen, and workforce-efficiency initiatives.
• Coach managers and teams on industrial management basics, including KPI trees, performance management, 5S, QRQC, Gemba On-Job Training, MPS, and line balancing.
• Build and develop the local PCI network, organize best-practice sharing, and manage feedback from operational experience.
• Support improvement teams, define training plans, and drive execution of continuous-improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• Fully autonomous Lean Manufacturing expertise with production-management and supply-chain experience in large international companies.
• Experience diagnosing lean maturity and organizing lean transformation across a complete factory.
• Ability to build and lead improvement teams, execute roadmaps, anticipate risks, and manage operational change.
• Knowledge of financial systems and experience with change management.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, influencing, presentation, and executive-management feedback skills.
• Security clearance is required, or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities.
