Operations Performance & Continuous Improvement (PCI) Leader (f/m/d) (Lean Manufacturing)

Location: Donauwörth, Germany; on-site work at the Donauwörth helicopter manufacturing and test-airfield site.

What you will do

• Share the PCI ambition with operations top management, define priorities and strategic roadmaps, and cascade annual PCI objectives to operational teams.
• Deploy Value Stream Analysis and Kaizen Productivity initiatives to analyze and improve industrial flow efficiency.
• Coach managers in Gemba On-Job-Training on industrial basics and recognize operational team progress.
• Structure, motivate, develop, and sustain the local PCI network, including PCI leaders and improvers.
• Organize best-practice sharing and return-on-experience activities.
• Drive training plans, continuous improvement plans, performance diagnoses, and improvement initiatives focused on SQCDP performance.

Requirements

• Fully autonomous Lean Manufacturing expertise with production management and supply chain experience in large international companies.
• Ability to perform Lean diagnosis and organize Lean transformation of a complete factory using Lean principles and tools.
• Ability to build and drive improvement teams, execute roadmaps, anticipate risks, and manage risks with operational management.
• Knowledge of financial systems and ability to develop teams on Lean principles and tools.
• Experience in change management, with proactivity, action orientation, courage, and tenacity.
• Energy, positive attitude, ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams, plus interpersonal, workshop facilitation, training, and influencing skills.
• Open-mindedness, transparency, adaptability, structured and rigorous execution, synthesis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to executive management levels.
• Must hold or be eligible for security clearance from recognized authorities.
