What you will do

• Guide technical decision-making and improve how the team designs, builds, tests, and delivers software.
• Lead the use of agentic AI tools in development workflows.
• Partner with Product and Design to align priorities and technical solutions.
• Maintain system performance, reliability, security, and technical debt.
• Identify technical risks early and make them visible before they escalate.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead.
• Technical capability across Ruby on Rails, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
• Ability to contribute across the full stack, with depth in at least one area.
• Experience improving engineering practices and team performance.
• Proactive approach to AI-enabled development and strong collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
• Builder mindset with an interest in creating, experimenting, and learning.
