Marketing Manager - Central Africa (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own marketing metrics and growth initiatives across Central Africa.
• Develop quarterly regional marketing strategies, OKRs, and accountability tracking.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns with regional, global, functional, and agency partners.
• Manage localized social media interactions, affiliate program initiatives, and market experiments.
• Analyze funnel, market, competitor, and channel data to identify trends and adjust campaigns.
• Coordinate local events and ensure execution meets Binance standards and CSAT goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in a similar marketing role.
• Experience with large-scale integrated campaigns, brand building, and team management.
• Regional marketing experience and familiarity with African markets.
• Strong understanding of social media and paid-channel analytics, growth, and integrated campaigns.
• Fluent English required; French is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media management, affiliate programs, events, or influencer management.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, government relations, strategy, startups, venture building, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
• Background or interest in fintech and crypto.
• Experience managing remote teams.
