Country Marketing Specialist (m/f/x) - Med Tech

Location: Hybrid role based in Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa, with office attendance on Leslie Avenue at least 2–3 days per week. Travel may reach 40%.

What you will do

• Develop and execute country marketing plans, programs, and tactics aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns and commercial programs across product, sales, digital, pricing, CRM, and channel teams.
• Lead brand, product, channel, digital marketing, CRM, promotional pricing, and sales enablement activities.
• Analyze customer, competitor, market, pricing, segmentation, and channel performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, vendors, financial processes, and project resources.
• Monitor marketing performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in portfolio marketing, product marketing, and/or product management within the medical devices industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international colleagues in the Middle East and Gulf region.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work from the Fourways office at least 2–3 days per week and travel as required.
