What you will do

• Translate brand strategies into effective influencer activation plans and lead creative ideation in response to client briefs.
• Manage the full operational lifecycle of campaigns, from talent identification and vetting to negotiation and contracting.
• Coordinate with Paid Media, Social, PR, and Creative teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
• Oversee campaign logistics, manage the content creation process, and secure all necessary internal and client approvals.
• Handle financial administration, including building cost estimates, managing SOWs, and tracking campaign budgets.
• Analyze performance against KPIs and develop comprehensive post-campaign reports for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing focused on campaign execution and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills with a highly organized, process-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Creator IQ), workflow management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting project demands.
